Facility Request Form

Please coordinate all facility requests with the Committee Chair (Mr. Paulin). This will ensure that we are working within the guidelines of St. Patrick and are good stewards of the facilities that we are permitted to use.

To request access to facilities at St. Patrick, please complete the Facility Request Form, linked below.

Please note the following guidelines:

• Processing time for facility requests is 3-5 business days.
• Your request is not accepted until you have received confirmation.
• We are not permitted to use any facilities at St. Patrick while Mass is occurring.
  • Mass times are located on the St. Patrick web site (https://stpatlou.org/mass-and-confession-times)
  • We may not use facilities (including arrival time for setup) for 1-hour after the start of Mass.
